How can I adjust the drive belt on my Sovereign Mower?

I have a Sovereign Petrol Lawn Mower with a Honda GCV 160 Engine,type NG 504TR made by Castelgarden in 2002.The self-propulsion belt is slack and needs tightening but I am unsure how to do this. Can anyone help please?

if it's slack then it either needs replacing or the gearbox tension spring is missing or come off. Simply replace the spring- there is no other adjustment.
