We moved home and when replacing my cuckoo clock on the wall the cuckoo would have appeared to have jammed. There is a noise on the hour and half hour but nothing else happens. The clock is keeping perfect time it is just the cuckoo that is causing a problem. It seems that something is jammed. Any help would be appreciated.

We eventually fixed it ourselves after a lot of messing about with the chains until we eventually freed the relevant chain and now the clock is cuckooing to its hearts content
