Hi, the answer is in your user guide, usually hidden well into the booklet. Now from memory there are 2 fixes. One turn the machine off for 60 seconds or so, and then when you switch on reset the clock and all is well, two is to press and hold I think the stop button for around 10 seconds. if that does not cure it call me with the model number and I will email you back with the correct details.
