old silver sony walkman cassette player [WM-EX-808HG] needs help?

does anyone repair these old cassette players?
its a 14 yr old very pretty metal walkman and doesn't seem to be able to run the tape anymore. do these have a clutch mechanism that needs repair/replace/clean?
it hasn't been in use for many years , and i thought it was in working order when i put it away.

You'll probably find the rubber drive belts have perished
but you should be able to get them from somewhere
like Maplins.Apply a few drops of oil very sparingly to the motor bearings and other bearings.Don't get any oil on any rubber parts,it'll wreck them. There is a clutch
system on the take-up spool, but these don't seem to
give much trouble. My bet is it's your belt that's slack,
so no drive.
