Whenever I disengage internet lock with Zonealarm I have to right click my connection and choose repair to re-establish a good connection. Sometimes the windows message box showing the repair process gets stuck on teh desktop and I can not kill it. I do not see anything running in task manager that appears to be displaying this box. How do I get rid of it. I click "cancel" over and over but nothing happens. The cancel box is NOT greyed out as disabled but simply appears nonfunctional. Thanks!

in same task manager

File > New Task (Run...) > explorer.exe > press "OK"

click ctrl+alt+del and in processes tab select explorer.exe and end the process..............and then again open task manager and then go to file option and select new process and in that type explorer.exe..........i hope it works
