My Ariston Margherita A1635 washing machine stops mid cycle on the number 3 setting and if you try to make the cycle resume, by turning it to rinse or spin the dial just clicks round. When turned to drain, the machine just buzzes but doesn't actually do anything! Any help would be much appreciated!

blocked drain pump, when u want to change a programme u need to cancel the origanl programme first or will just click round to original start position
