2007 Ford Sport Ka - Shaky wing mirror?

bought only 2 months ago and has always had vibrating driver side wing mirror. Passenger absolutely solid. The mirror has been replaced twice, even though I told dealer that I didn't think that this was the problem. Can anyone help please.
