I THINK IT IS BLOCKED PUMP. IV HAD 2 PROBLEMS AND THAT WAS 1. TRY RESETING. HERES HOW - 1/ TURN OFF AT THE SOCKET 2/ HOLD DOWN POWER & PROGRAM BUTTON WHILE TURNING POWER BACK ON. HOLD UNTIL BEEPING STOPS. GUD LUCK. LIGHTS 1 & 2 ARE ON ON MINE! PAIN IN THE A**E
