How can i fix the drive shaft on a renault laguna 1.8 petrol 2001?

When i have full right lock on it makes a terrible noise i think this might be the drive shaft how do i fix this please.

This is a typical noise of a worn CV joint on the driveshaft, as you say. An exchange shaft from a motor factors is the way to go here.
