My riding mower wont do anything when I try to start it?

I have a murray riding mower about 4 years old.I have changed the starter, solenoid, ignition switch, the wiring running from the battery to the starter and from the solenoid to the starter the battery has been checked out twice as good. When I turn the key on to start it nothing happens.Any suggestions will help.

Thanks

you have a safety switch problem.....could be the seat switch or the deck switch problem or a clutch switch problem ..you can bypass them and find the one that is bad ..
its not good to bypass one and let it go ..I had a freind that did this and his wife mowed the back yard and when she came up onto the trampoline it wouldn`t stop and dragged her under it ....

It sounds like a saftey switch is involved. There are two that would cause that. One is the Brake/Clutch switch. The clutch pedal must be depressed completely to activate that interlock. The other would be the Power Take Off switch. If the PTO is engaged the engine will not start. There is also a Occupancy switch under the seat that shuts off the engine if there is no weight on the seat. The occupancy switch is under the seat, and the other two switches are usually on the frame under the lever that raises and lowers the deck.
