A friend told me to turn machine upside down remove the bottom cover exposing the motor,pumps etc., the salt and chamber next to it seemed to be full so I opened the door and released the salt chamber's screw top so releasing the contents of the chamber. I cleaned the inside, closed the door and refitted the bottom cover and this seemed to clear errorA11. I am now monitoring salt use.
