the red light at the top next to the controls is staying on saying freezer temp to high. the frige has ice in it and the freezer is warm. tried to unblock hole at the back of the fridge inside with a hoover to see if there was any thing blocking it but i don't know what else to try. i have a hoover model fridge. plz can anyone help.

my hotpoint ff175b fridge part is not working as it should. it is warm all the time and not chilling to the temperture it is supposed to. can u help thanks kev
