Flush button bellows?

The button on our grohe syphon toilet cisten no longer works. I believe it may be caused by the bellows being broken. Can you help?

MY GROHE CISTERN KEEPS RUNNIN WATER FOR AGES AFTER FLUSHING.HAVE PLAYED ABOUT WITH SYPHON ...OK FOR A BIT ,BUT PROBLEM RETURNS.
