how do i change my get my spare tyre out from underneath my peugeot 206?

I have an X reg peugeot 206 and cannot see how to get my spare wheel out from underneath the car

While you've got the cage for the spare wheel down, grease the bolt as it tends to rust and seize.

Use the wheel brace to under the bolt which holds up the cradle. The bolt head is just behind the bumper inside the boot.
