How do I unfreeze my casio GZone cell phone?

I have a Verizon Casio Gzone cell phone that has frozen up. I cannot get it to unfreeze even when I take the battery out. Any suggestions out there?

You nearly certainly will have to perform a hard re-start which is usually in your manual. It means putting the battery in and using certain keys to return phone to original makers settings. All data stored will be deleted.
