how can i fix my washing machine,LG intellowasher WD-8013F?

I have a front loader and when you open the door the rubber seal is broken,not on the door,i'm not sure if thats what they are called but thats what I think they are called.it a front loader intellowasher 7 KG WD-8013F,I hope you unerstand the problem I'm trying to ask?
