i would like to know where the gearbox oil filler plug is on a ford focus 1.8 zetec and how to fill it or check the level

the smorning i got into my ford focus 1.8 zetec h/b 3rd gear not so smooth on the change,and side to side on the gear stick,usually you get a spring back to the middle only springs back on the right
