Thomson DV3 not receiving channels?

Hi I have a Thomson DV3 machine and it has suddenly stopped receiving all ITV channels and selected channel 4s (channel 4 and E4 but still gets E4+1) Anyone know why or how to fix it? thanks!

It sounds like an aerial or tuning problem.

Go into the menu and rescan for channels. If the channels are still missing after a rescan then you have an aerial problem.

BTW you don't have a DV3 box, that is the DVB logo (Digital Video Broadcasting) and is not a model number.
