My Zen froze when I was in FM mode and none of the keys respond. I can't turn it off at all and the screen is on permanently. Any ideas how I can reset it ?
There should be a small reset button on the side. Use the headphone jack to press this in and the device will switch off.

I'm having the same problem. Brought it back to the shop and they replaced it, but the same thing has now happened to the new one. Is there a reset button anywhere which I can poke and get it to reboot?
