dash bord lights?

i have a vauxhall corsa and some of my dash bord lights dont work.and the fag lighter dont work. and the clock on the top dont work.is this a fuse or some think else.

could you help me? lol
ive just bought a 1 litre 3 cyclinder vauxhall corsa (1999). its losing power up hills, and a light on the dashboard keeps coming on. think it looks like a spanner if i remember rightly??
any ideas of what might be happening?

pull each fuse out and chech they are not broke, if 1 or 2 are then replace with same amp.
