I cleaned my model HB-152CE bread basket, but I must have accidentally thrown out the rubber washer which holds the metal basket in place and cushions the mixer blade. I need a new one and now I don't even remember how thick it was...there's no picture of it in the manual. Any ideas? I can cut it out myself even, if I just knew the size. Maybe one from another model would work, too. But where can I find this item? Where is the company that makes them? The phone number?
