My boiler will run for qabout 5 min then the fuse T2 =f1 on the circuit board blows. in addition it will only heat hot water when the entral heating is on not when switched to just heating. i have checked the fan and it works ok on a bench test

It sound like some think is going to open ciret could be gas vaule or pump ? And i think your D/vaule isn,t working, Capitalboilers.co.uk
