Hi.
We have an ideal icos HE24 boiler. Recently we ran out of hot water (which has not happened before) The boiler seems fine as when we put the hot water onto constantant the boiler fires up. Its just i thought that i should have constant hot water??? or should i be putting on the hot water?

Ideal ICOS 24HE Time switch has to be in a hot water on period to provide hot Water, if the clock is off you will run out of hot water

Combination boilers need the hot water on constant as its supply on demand ie no hot water storage
