How can I fix my severed electric cord on my lawn mower?

how do I fix my cord on my electric mower that was severed when I ran over it with the mower?

Replace cord with a new one...

Put in-line connector on existing cable at the point of damage

If the cut is close to one end of the existing cable then just shorten it.

You will need to be confident enough to use small hand tools and have the wisdom to wire the new connections.
