just bought a second hand dyson and it fills up but then i get a error saying not filling the water seems to be coming out the left hand side of the draw where your powder goes it does put water in the machine before i get this error does any 1 no how to fix this please it would be a great help

if you are sure about opening your machine and working on it try looking at the small black pipe where it connects to the front panel
if it has become detached you will get the message not filling
make sure you unplug the machine from the mains before starting work
