i have a speedtouch router. my computer was really slow but i fixed it by uninstalling Norton Security and downloaded avg. Norton really slowed my computer down. The other thing i did was cleared lots of stuff from my computer email spams and emptied bins hope this helps.

Do the system Restore first. Restore to the early date that PC running no error. Did you install new software recently, like antivirus program? Post more detail about your error messages.
