the middle of the charging port fell out of my psp so i bought a new port. i took the psp apart to replace charging port and the leads of it seem to go under the screen. i am unable to remove the screen in order to replace the port.

If you can't take apart the psp, then consider buying from ebay
psp battery charger
Will do a external charge with battery sittin in device connected to mains

Drawback - you can't use psp whilst battery is in this external charger. Have to wait until charge complete.

If u have never taken the screen off or don't kno how, I suggest u take it to a professional. I just replaced my charger port and it took me 2 hours. I refurbish psp's.
