Mine crashed out on Monday and I listened to the automated message on the phoneline about getting it back on but I couldn't do it. I am a pensioner and find it hard to do these things. Will I be able to take it back to Asda. I bought in last March, but as it is a technical fault on behalf of Thompson surely I can have it replaced.

You should be able too if you have a receipt as all electrical goods have a garantee of 12 months on them

There are so many of these machines up the spout I doubt Asda will be able to help even if they felt an obligation to.
