Kenwood dishwasher - door doesnt appear to launch and program sequence box is not showing anything. I yhave mislaid instruction manuals
Anybody have the same problem ?

This same problem has happened to me today. I've unscrewed the door to see if i could do anything with the latch but there are too many wires etc. so I quickly put it back together. I now have the usual display showing but still cannot shut the door. It appears to be a problem with the seal at the top? Does anyone know how much this is going to cost to fix (I'm well outside the warranty)?

I have the same problem once in the past and an engineer came and fixed this within the warranty, he said is a common problem to this model. And he said try to open it with both hand in the future which I did but it happens again after a year now because I think my wife opened it with one hand forcesfully. I guess it will have to be fix by a dishwasher engineer again which will cost me some money.
