MYSON ORION 40B HEATING RADS ALL THE TIME?

ROOM THERMOSTAT TURNED DOWN AS LOW AS POSSIBLE AND BOILER IS STILL FIRED UP HEATING RADS. TURNED THERMOSTAT ON BOILER DOWN TO JUST ABOVE ZERO AND HEATING GOES OFF.
WHATS GOING ON? HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It sounds like the Heating Valve, or Diverter Valve is letting by, you should find the valve in the airing cupboard near to the pump, depending on what make of valve you have dictates whether it ca be repaired or will have to be replaced.
