short answer you should never go inside a m/wave unless you know what you are doing, they can kill. to change the lamp remove the outer cover then seek and you will find. do not touch anything except the lamp, see microwave-repairs.co.uk for more help

No interior access to lamp for safety reasons - need to unplug machine and remove outside cover - take care large voltages and dangerous radiation lurk inside.
