cant transfer my videos and pictures?

when iwas sending my saved pictures and videos from my computer to my new nokia n81 2GB phone i started to get this message (the directory or file cannot be created)so what to do???

The memory is full, it only has a small window for data.

Take the 2gb memory card out, pop it into a card reader & drag & drop all you want onto the card then insert it back into your Nokia.

Happened to me loads of times so I only use a card reader now, plus it's so much faster!
