Do you hear the motor turn at all when you change the speed on the console? If yes, take off your motorhood and check your drive belt.
Does the console light up and recognize the speed that we change it to? Ie: You choose a speed of 4 mph, does the console reflect that in the window?
I would suggest unplugging the machine, taking off the motorhood, checking your controller. Sometimes a wire comes loose which will give you the problem you are having or sometimes your controller burns out and it needs to be replaced. The best way to find out is to take the hood off. You can do that by taking the screws in the front out and sometimes there are screws underneath that need to come out in order to get the hood off.
If that doesn't work, call the manufacturer for calibration. Good Luck.
