My 4 stroke 4HP yamaha outboard when tilted tends to rotate and then the oil gets in the cylinder. There is a threaded tensioner? which I think should stop this rotation but when fully tightened has no effect. At the moment I am having to leave the leg in the water to prevent the above rotation. Can anyone please help
