eurovox set up?

i tried to set up my eurovox form scratch again but when i did i get all the channels but no picture just a black screen saying SERVICE UNKNOWN can anyone please help thankyou

you need to do a power scan firstly clear all chanels in chanel manager then go to user installation and power scan
