We have a 210 litre megaflo tank and our boiler is an oil fired Boulter Camray 90/110 but it will not heat the hot water unless I set the Danfoss motorised valve to the manual position, I bought a new motor for it yesterday and replaced it but the problem is still there, any ideas please?

Sounds like you are not getting a 230v supply to the Motorised Valve, are you sure the Overheat stat has not tripped? it is inside the control cover on the Megaflow

You should have any Un-vented Hot Water Storage System Serviced Annualy by a G3 Qualified Technician to comply with Building Regulations it is Illegal for NON G3 Persons to interfere with these systems
