I have a New world lpg gas cooker the model is an ellingwood 80g in charcoal with gold handles & gold knobs. The knobs have all melted I think they must be plastic as they are very light & they have a gold foil wrap. the manufacturers are not answering my e mails even though I have given part ,serial & pin numbers for the cooker
