How can I fix my LG 7 kg direct drive washing machine rinse cycle jamming?

I have an LG washing machine WD-12397TD 7 kg direct drive and it keeps on getting "jammed" on the rinse cycle. It's still relatively new but as this model was bought in SA it has no warranty here. Any suggestions welcomed
