can you fix the mic bit on ds lite?

The mic bit on the ds lite has stopped working. The rest of the console is fine, just the mic will not pick up voice or when playing games that you need to blow into it doesn't reponsed either.
Can anyone help.

Try replacing the internal mic with a new one. Its the white cable inside the DSL. You will need to take the top screen apart also.
