my hotpoint ff200eg graphite fridge freezer frost free has two flashing orange half moon lights at the top on the dials, i have turned them both to off but after a few minuets they start to flash again could you please tell me what this means the fridge freezer is only 18 months old

I bought the hotpoint ff200eg graphite fridge freezer frost free of my friend and ever since i switched it on, there has been two flashing orange half moon lights at the top on the dials, Could any one tell me what this means and how to fix it?
