I have a Nokia n95,i need to sync it with my pc?

I have a Nokia N95,but i need to sync it with my PC,Ive downloaded the software,but when i connect my Phone to my PC,the software keeps saying "Connected in Non compatible mode,select default-mode from your phone,how do i do that plz,Graham.
