How to reduce pressure on vokera excell 80sp?

The pressure on the dial is nearly at 4 and I have tried to bleed the radiator but just liquid came out how can I reduce the pressure

twist the knob on the overpressure release valve. Check your manual for the location, you have to take off the outer casing and its behind the control panel on the left.
