my machine finished a cycle but the on/off light for the door went out before it finished then couldn't open the door. Eventually it opened. Decided to try a short cycle in the hope this was a "blip". Machine stopped part way through cycle and even now after a few hours, the door cannot be opened. Your thoughts on this will be very much appreciated. Thank you
