cant get channels on my starview box?

i cant get most of the channels on my starview box keeps saying scrambled or bad channel, can any one help??

you need to go into the secret menu and turn the key emu on do this by pressing menue and then type in 1570 it will open a new menu at the bottom you will see key emu if it is off turn it on and then it will work
