hello,

i have two satellite boxes one for my upstairs tv and one for my downstairs tv, my problem is that the one upstairs doesn't work even though the bottom one works perfectly. no matter what i do it says unscramble even though i unscramble it. What is wrong and how do i fix it? (Dream star, cnx conax sat)
