My cuckoo clocks chime will go off at the wrong hour like when it says it's 9:00 it chimes 3 times and the same goes with the other hours. HELP ME!!!!

easy one
the hr hand finger has slipped let the cuckoo clock strike count the number of cuckoos whatever it is just gently turn the hr finger to this new position
using your above posted numbers when the clock cuckoos 3 move the hr finger from the 9 gently round to the 3 position if finger comes off gently push back on in the correct position of course.
