You have to get the system file recovered at medion they have it or you have it on the cd that came with the product
If you have it just copy system file over at your jukebox then take out your batery and wait for 5 seconds then asembly the jukebox again and start then it works again
if you dont have the cd i can help you if you have nero burning system on your pc
