hi our copier wont copy and it comes up with an E then ooo flashing on the little screen, does anyone have a clue what could be wrong with it please x

Usually this means the heater element in the Fuser Assembly has blown, or has a bad comnnection.
The Fuser assembly is the part with the two hot rollers where the paper comes out of the machine.
