how do I take off the cover of a Vulcan wall heater to clean

Turn it off. Unplug From Wall

Remove 1 Screw on top of unit
2 screws on the side of the units bottom diffuser

Then lift up and move away from unit about 5 inches

Remove earth lead
Remove 2 Molex type clips.

Done.
