How do i fix Indesit IDW603 - E5 on display?

I have an E5 code showing on display of an Indesit IDW603 intergrated dishwasher. I have taken off the drainage hose and now have clear running water through. I have taken off the filters and cleaned, but still have error approx 5 mins into cycle. Help!
